will accommodate wholesale purchases from legitimate retail locations. In order to qualify for wholesale pricing, we will need a valid Business License and some information about your business. There is a minimum opening order of at least 6 styles with
a minimum of 4 pieces per style. To register as a wholesale customer and have access to on-line ordering at wholesale prices, simply fill out a short Registration Form, and fax a copy of your Business License to (253) 639-1133. You will
receive a response within 72 hours from receipt of your fax.
